About Ammar

• Ammar AlSaad is the Assurance Leader of HLB Elyaa and is a seasoned profession in the fields of assurance, advisory and related risk management services. He is a trusted advisor to many of our clients in various sectors and industries.
• Upon graduating in 1998, he worked for 9 years with PwC Bahrain, growing along the ranks to become a Senior Manager, before joining Gulf Air “the National Airline of the Kingdom of Bahrain” heading the finance department for 13 years.
• In 2021, Mr. AlSaad joined HLB Elyaa and in addition to the role of Assurance Leader, he is also the Technical Partner in the Bahrain office, providing quality and insights on complex IFRS matters and areas of judgment within the respective assignments.
• Ammar is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), since 2001 and carries an MBA in Finance. Ammar’s other certificates include Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
